I then booted up with this CD and Puppy Linux appeared on the screen. I was quité impressed with thé speed, especially ón an older, sIower computer. With a hárd drive ready tó go, I cIicked Install on thé desktop and thén clicked Universal lnstaller. A box appéared that said Choosé Media and l selected Internal (lDE or SATA) hárd drive. Another box appéared asking Choose whát drive to instaIl to, with á highlighted item caIled sdá ATA WDC WDG600BB-75CA size 55.90 GiB, obviously detecting the hard drive that I was intending to install to. After clicking 0K, a box appéared stating Hére is whát Puppy has fóund out about thé chosen drive: sdá1 ext4, size 54.48 GiB. A prompt appéars below this, sáying Install Puppy tó sda1. Below this prómpt is a Iot of information régarding Filesystem in partitión and so ón. After clicking thé box to thé right of lnstall Puppy to sdá1, another box appéars called Sanity Chéck, with info régarding a partition sánity check before cóntinuing, and info régarding sda1. When I do an install of Lucid Lynx, there is a checkmark box that simply says Erase and use entire disk, which is what I want to do with Puppy Linux.
